- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 1/4–1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- Optional: 1/2 cup diced berries
- Optional: 1/4 cup juice for a non-alcoholic twist
Instructions
- Toss all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until uniformly combined.
- Set the salad in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow flavors to meld, or serve it right away.
