Description

A refreshing salad combining juicy watermelon, zesty lime, and fresh mint, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 lbs (about 6 cups) seedless watermelon, cut into small chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1/41/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • Optional: 1/2 cup diced berries
  • Optional: 1/4 cup juice for a non-alcoholic twist

Instructions

  1. Toss all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until uniformly combined.
  2. Set the salad in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow flavors to meld, or serve it right away.
