- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the broccoli, Velveeta cheese, milk, and cream of mushroom soup in a large bowl, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
