Description

A creamy and cheesy Velveeta Broccoli Casserole, perfect for comforting gatherings and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the broccoli, Velveeta cheese, milk, and cream of mushroom soup in a large bowl, mixing well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
