- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk to the potatoes. Mash until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in the turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
