Description

A creamy and comforting Tuscan Chicken dish, packed with flavors of garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
  7. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  9. Add grated parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken.
  10. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and serve with fresh basil on top.

Notes

Customize with lemon, mushrooms, or spicy red pepper flakes for added flavor.
