Description

A layered dessert that combines creamy pumpkin pie, rich cinnamon cheesecake, and fluffy spice cake for a festive treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pumpkin pie (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cinnamon cheesecake
  • 1 spice cake
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pumpkin pie according to your favorite recipe or use a store-bought one. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Next, prepare the cinnamon cheesecake by combining cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon in a bowl. Whip until creamy and pour into a springform pan, then bake until set.
  3. For the spice cake, mix flour, sugar, eggs, and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger) together and bake until golden.
  4. Once all layers are cool, layer them in a large dish: place the pumpkin pie at the base, then add the cinnamon cheesecake, and finish with the spice cake on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to help the layers meld together.
  6. Serve each slice with a generous dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of pecans for that extra crunch.

Notes

For the best presentation, use a warm knife for slicing. Prepare components a day ahead for easy assembly.
