Description

Deliciously crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Sweet Potato Tots are the ultimate comfort food, perfect for cozy nights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes, then boil them in a pot for about 15 minutes, or until they’re fork-tender.
  3. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix until combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into small tots using your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
