- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes, then boil them in a pot for about 15 minutes, or until they’re fork-tender.
- Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small tots using your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
