Description

A refreshing strawberry iced tea perfect for summer gatherings, combining the sweetness of strawberries with tart lemon and brewed tea.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups brewed tea (black or green)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea and let it cool. If you’re using black tea, let it steep until it’s nice and dark, then remove the tea bags.
  2. Combine fresh strawberries and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds and pulp.
  4. Combine the brewed tea, strained strawberry juice, and sugar in a pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Serve the strawberry iced tea over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy!
