Instructions

  2. Slice the cucumbers thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife, aiming for 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Combine the vinegar, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Dip each cucumber slice into the mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 2-3 hours, checking periodically.
