Description

Golden, crispy salmon patties that are perfect for any family gathering or weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or canned salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties with your hands, pressing gently.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until enough is added to coat the bottom.
  4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, flipping gently.
  5. Serve warm in sliders or as savory salmon burgers.
