  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Mustard (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix warm water and baking soda until dissolved.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
  4. Wrap each hot dog with a piece of dough, overlapping the edges.
  5. Dip each wrapped hot dog into the baking soda solution briefly.
