Ingredients

  • Mini bell peppers
  • Pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Fill each pepper half with pizza sauce.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
