Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

  3. Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until it wilts down and becomes tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drizzle in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and grated ginger. Sprinkle black pepper and salt to taste, then stir well and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
