Quick and easy Instant Pot Cinnamon Apples that capture the nostalgic essence of fall with warm cinnamon and sweet apples.

- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Toss the apple slices with the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well coated.
- Add the butter to your Instant Pot and select the ‘Sauté’ mode to melt.
- Once the butter is melted, add the cinnamon-coated apples and stir gently.
- Pour in the water and sprinkle with vanilla extract if using.
- Close the lid, set the pressure release valve to sealing, and cook on ‘Manual’ high pressure for 1 minute.
- Perform a quick release of the pressure once cooking is done.
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish or a comforting dessert.
Notes
These Instant Pot Cinnamon Apples can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Feel free to use brown sugar for a richer flavor.
