Description

A cozy weeknight dinner that features salmon glazed with a rich honey and garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • Salmon filets (about 4 pieces)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon filets in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over the top.
  4. Broil for about 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and caramelized on top.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Marinate the salmon in the honey garlic mixture for up to 2 hours ahead of cooking for enhanced flavor.
