- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, about 3×4 inches.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over to create a roll and seal the edges tightly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
