  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • Yogurt or milk for serving
  • Ice cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced apples, cinnamon, and honey in a mixing bowl, making sure to coat the apples evenly.
  3. Mix the oats and chopped nuts together in another bowl.
  4. Place the apple mixture in a baking dish, spreading it out evenly, and sprinkle the oat and nut mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender and the top is a glorious golden brown.

Notes
