Description

Delicious Ham and Cheese Sliders, a perfect comfort food for family gatherings and cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 8 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them attached.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the ham and cheese on top of the bottom half.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar until smooth.
  7. Brush the mixture generously over the top of the rolls, letting the buttery goodness soak in.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes to warm through.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and delightful.
  10. Serve warm, and watch them disappear!

Notes

Make the sliders ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to bake. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 3 days.
