Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to a skillet over medium heat. Sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes, and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the meat mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and place the biscuits on top of the meat mixture, slightly overlapping.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired and return to the oven until melted.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
