- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to a skillet over medium heat. Sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes, and drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the meat mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and place the biscuits on top of the meat mixture, slightly overlapping.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired and return to the oven until melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
