Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
