Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
