Description

A creamy and comforting garlic butter chicken dish served with bowtie pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture and toss until well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
