- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Mix the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture and toss until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
