Description

Delightful sliders filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and optional provolone cheese, served with warm au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Provolone cheese (optional)
  • Au jus for dipping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Caramelize the onions in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half and layer the bottom half with roast beef and caramelized onions.
  4. Add provolone cheese on top if using.
  5. Place the top half of the buns over the filling.
  6. Wrap the sliders in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve with au jus for dipping.

Notes

For a kick, add sliced jalapeños. You can also prepare caramelized onions and roast beef the night before for quick assembly.
