Description
Delightful sliders filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and optional provolone cheese, served with warm au jus for dipping.
Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Roast beef
- Caramelized onions
- Provolone cheese (optional)
- Au jus for dipping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Caramelize the onions in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Cut the slider buns in half and layer the bottom half with roast beef and caramelized onions.
- Add provolone cheese on top if using.
- Place the top half of the buns over the filling.
- Wrap the sliders in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Serve with au jus for dipping.
Notes
For a kick, add sliced jalapeños. You can also prepare caramelized onions and roast beef the night before for quick assembly.
