Description

A quick and flavorful homemade stir fry sauce perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep, combining soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soybean sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Optional: A pinch of chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Add in sesame oil for a nutty aroma or cornstarch for a thicker consistency, if desired.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for later use.
