Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s generously coated.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (3-4 hours).
