- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s generously coated.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (3-4 hours).
