- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Mix together the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot, covering it completely.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions about 30 minutes before serving.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.
- Serve the chicken mixture over the cooked pasta, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
