Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream or milk
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the broccoli florets and cook for a few minutes until they turn bright green and tender, stirring occasionally.
- In a bowl, mix together cream, chicken broth, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and paprika until well combined.
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked tortellini, sautéed broccoli, and the creamy sauce mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Top the mixture with shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese, creating a cheesy layer that will melt beautifully.

- Let it cool slightly before serving with a hint of fresh ground pepper or a sprinkle of herbs.
