Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl; mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture, ensuring they’re well covered, and then dredge them in the crushed Ritz crackers.
  5. Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Allow the tenders to cool slightly before serving.
