- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl; mix until smooth and creamy.
- Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture, ensuring they’re well covered, and then dredge them in the crushed Ritz crackers.
- Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow the tenders to cool slightly before serving.
