- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) beans (your choice), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with juices
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add the ground beef, diced potatoes, beans, corn, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder to the slow cooker.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover the slow cooker with a lid. Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the meat is fully cooked.
- Once cooked, give it a good stir and serve hot. Enjoy!
