Description

A heartwarming roast beef recipe infused with garlic and fresh rosemary, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 pounds beef roast (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth (for braising)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a fragrant paste.
  3. Rub this mixture all over the beef roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth into the pan.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 90 to 120 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
  6. Let the roast rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with the pan juices drizzled on top.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the roast overnight in the garlic and rosemary mixture. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
