Ingredients

- 1 lb Gnocchi (gluten-free if desired)
- 12 oz Marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbs Nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the manufacturer’s instructions in a large pot of salted water. Once they float to the surface, they’re done.
- Drain the gnocchi and transfer them back into the same pot.
- Add the marinara sauce, tahini, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper to the gnocchi.
- Warm the pot over medium heat, gently stirring the mixture until everything is warmed through and well combined.
- Plate the gnocchi into bowls or plates. Optional: top with fresh parsley or an extra sprinkle of nutritional yeast for added flavor.
Notes
Great for meal prep! Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
