- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons cowboy butter
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the cowboy butter until it’s bubbling and fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender and bright green.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the lemon juice and zest. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
