Description

A comforting dish featuring bowtie pasta, tender chicken, and crisp broccoli tossed in a luscious cowboy butter sauce with a splash of lemon.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons cowboy butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the cowboy butter until it’s bubbling and fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender and bright green.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the lemon juice and zest. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
