- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup Oreo cookie chunks
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the Oreo cookie chunks and white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For a different flavor, swap white chocolate chips with semisweet chocolate chips.
