Description
A creamy pasta salad capturing the nostalgic flavors of a club sandwich, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces Tri-color Pasta
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Tomato
- 6 slices Turkey Bacon
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 4 ounces Ham (lunch meat)
- 4 ounces Turkey (lunch meat)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tri-color pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.
- Fry the Turkey Bacon: While the pasta cooks, place the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before chopping into small bits.
- Prepare the Veggies: In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes. Feel free to add any other favorite veggies that make your heart sing!
- Mix It Up: In the same bowl, add the cool pasta, cheese, ham, and turkey. Toss everything together gently.
- Dress the Salad: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and stir gently to combine all the flavors.
- Chill and Serve: For the best taste, let the salad chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows all those wonderful flavors to meld together.
Notes
This pasta salad is perfect for meal prep and keeps well in the fridge. Add lettuce right before serving to maintain its crunch.
