Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups beef broth (for gravy)
  • 2 tablespoons flour (for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl.

  5. Whisk together flour and beef broth in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
