Description

A heartwarming recipe for easy weeknight dinners, these classic meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup pasta sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they have space between them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  6. Serve your meatballs with pasta and warmed pasta sauce, topped with extra Parmesan and parsley.

Notes

You can prepare the meatball mixture a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake.
