- 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon for topping

Instructions

- Whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until fully combined.
- Toss the bread cubes into the egg mixture, ensuring every piece is soaked.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden brown.
