Delicious bars that combine creamy cheesecake with chocolate chip cookie dough for the perfect cozy treat.
Ingredients

- 40 oz Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 16 oz Cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the cookie dough in the freezer for a few hours.
- Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
- Set one large egg out until it reaches room temperature.
- Line a 13×9″ pan with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
- Slice half of the cookie dough into 1/4″ slices and place them in the bottom of the lined pan.
- Press the dough down firmly to form a crust.
- Pop the pan into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat together the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla using an electric mixer on medium speed.
- Spread the cheesecake batter evenly over the baked crust.
- Slice the remaining cookie dough and place it on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool completely before refrigerating.
- Slice into bars, serve, and enjoy.
