Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, diced

  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering and fragrant.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into lovely bites along the way.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, letting those spices mingle and awaken.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes, cooking until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the melted cheese until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
