Description

A decadent dessert with layers of rich chocolate pudding, creamy peanut butter, and caramel that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pie crust package instructions and bake the crust until golden and crisp. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened. Pour this rich pudding over the cooled pie crust, spreading it into an even layer.
  3. Mix the creamy peanut butter with half of the whipped cream until smooth and velvety. Carefully spread this layer over the chocolate pudding.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce generously on top of the peanut butter layer, creating a sweet ribbon across the pie. Add the remaining whipped cream as a lovely topping.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed peanuts over the whipped cream layer for added texture and taste.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes so the flavors meld beautifully. When ready to serve, slice and enjoy this decadent treat!

Notes

This pie can be prepared a day in advance, allowing flavors to meld beautifully. Leftover pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
