Description

A comforting dish featuring tender chicken breasts stuffed with creamy broccoli and cheese, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to slice through the other side.
  4. Stuff the pockets with the broccoli cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  7. Remove toothpicks before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
