- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to slice through the other side.
- Stuff the pockets with the broccoli cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove toothpicks before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
