Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
- Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Spread the wedges out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
