Delightful bite-sized treats featuring flaky crescent roll dough filled with sweet apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 medium apples (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces. Toss them in a bowl with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted butter.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate each triangle.
- Place a small spoonful of the apple mixture on the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll the crescent dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the apple mixture a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
