Description

Delightful bite-sized treats featuring flaky crescent roll dough filled with sweet apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 2 medium apples (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces. Toss them in a bowl with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted butter.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate each triangle.
  4. Place a small spoonful of the apple mixture on the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the crescent dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the apple mixture a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
