Description

Tender chunks of chicken, golden and crisp, coated in a creamy sweet chili sauce with a hint of spicy sriracha.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken chunks in olive oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs.
  5. Thread the breaded chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  6. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Drizzle the reserved creamy sauces over the warm skewers before serving.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken in advance for deeper flavor. Use soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers for easy clean-up.
